19 miles, 3 hours and 47 minutes, average pace 11:49 with two major traffic light stops and a visit to Peachie's for more water. Maybe my goal of a sub 5 is not that unattainable.
More later…. off to Recovery land.

You’re almost there!! Only one more long one to go!!! Wooooo!!
Did you get a little sad as it started to wind down? It’s been so much work, but I’ve loved it. I might have to do another one after a good break!
Yeah, I did. It’s hard to train for something for so long and once the race is over, it’s all over. Part of me felt like “now what?”. I signed up for shorter distance races and that helped. Also, if you are comfortable sending me your address, I have something I’d like to send you!
How about if you send me your email and I’ll email it back to you…or facebook me!
I realized I could just send you mine…duh! firstname.lastname@example.org
Nice work. I definitely see a sub 5 in your future!
Thank you so much!
So proud of you, and very envious! I have such great desires to accomplish such a task. But I’m not sure if I have it in me. Motivate me please!!
Danielle… it’s all the training. I swear! If I can do it anyone can!
Great run! You are doing awesome.
You rock! Hope you enjoyed your recovery!
Awesome job getting the 19 done!! You’re well on your way to a successful (and enjoyable) marathon. 🙂
